Here in Calgary, AB, Canada the weather for riding is pretty much toast.  The high today is 15 degrees Celsius (59 Fahrenheit), and to be honest, we’ll be lucky to see that.  We might get another few days of decent riding weather, but obviously I’m not holding my breath.

A lot of really fantastic things happened to Beginner Motorcycle Reviews this year.  If you didn’t know, we launched in January 2009 with the intention of providing a valid resource that people looking to get into the sport of motorcycle riding could use to find a motorcycle that is suitable for novice riders.  Many motorcycle websites and forums talk down to beginner motorcycles, saying various things that aren’t necessarily true.  We hope to help steer people in the right direction.

Honestly, I was very surprised at how quickly people started sharing their views on the motorcycles that I (and some of my friends in place of myself) had reviewed.  Not only that, but comments from all over the globe started pouring in (including a comment about the TW200 from Signapore).
