Suzuki needs to go out of business! If it’s the last thing I do I will start them down this road! Suzuki warranty people are nasty and rude. The dealer service department even became angry and yelled and was a xxxx. Since new I have had a wheel hop in the front end. I was sent to another dealer a hundred miles away and he(was being paid)said it was because my GZ250 was a small mmachine and there was nothing that could be done. Since new the engine has been noisey! Clatter clatter! Since new! First startup! Put yourself in my shoes! It’s a lemon! And Suzuki will not honor it’s warranties! You decide, but let the buyer beware! The Suzuki people in Japan could care less! The Suzuki people in California will laugh at you no matter how serious the circumstances!

Purchased 2009 Suzuki Gz250 new 2010. Engine noisy. Clatters, knocks, rattles, since day one! Also, Serious front wheel hop since purchased! Engine broke in by the book. Suzuki Customer Service unresponsive! Dealer Ok, but wants $140 for initial valve lash! Suzuki claims valve lash must be done (Inspected) every oil change to keep warranty up! What? $140+ every oil change? Is Suzuki nuts? I am unhappy. I love the machine, but the quality control is very poor! Buyer beware! Buy a Honda or Yamaha. You will thank yourself!
